Abstract: This article documents the case of a fourteen year old female presenting to the emergency department with apparent full thickness necrosis to the medial right three toes and scattered dark patches on the heel and lateral aspect of that foot. Further investigations revealed the patient had a millipede burn. Treatment and outcomes are also discussed.
