Abstract: | A 61 year-old female kidney transplant (KT) recipient developed radiologic and biopsy-confirmed cortical necrosis in her transplant with elevated serum creatinine during concurrent chemo-radiotherapy (CRT) for anal squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). Acute anatomical and pathological changes within a transplanted kidney during CRT have not been described in the literature previously. Further research is required to ascertain the potential significance and long-term clinical consequences of such findings. | URI: | https://elibrary.cclhd.health.nsw.gov.au/cclhdjspui/handle/1/2026 | DOI: | 10.1016/j.prro.2021.09.003 | Pubmed: | https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34547505/ | ISSN: | 1879-8500 | Publicaton type: | Journal Article | Keywords: | Cancer Kidney Transplant Radiology |
