Abstract: Many patients with angina and/or myocardial infarction do not have obstructive coronary artery disease. Clinicians’ awareness of ischaemia with no obstructive coronary artery disease (INOCA) and myocardial infarction with no obstructive coronary artery disease (MINOCA) may help such patients who have ongoing chest symptoms after a ‘normal’ angiogram.
